Joining the MLS

DAAR manages to MLS systems - the Duluth Area MLS and the Minnesota Arrowhead MLS.

The jurisdiction for the Duluth Area MLS is: Pine, Carlton, St. Louis, Lake, Cook, Aitkin, Kanabec, Crow Wing, Cass and Itasca. 

 

The jurisdiction for the Minnesota Arrowhead MLS is: St. Louis, Lake and Cook Counties.

 

MLS Participation is open to REALTOR® members.  You must be a licensed real estate agents or certified appraiser that is a REALTOR® member of either DAAR or another local association an licensed to practice in Minnesota.

 

To join the MLS, complete the Application for MLS Participation for the MLS you wish to join and send it, with the initial participation fee, to the Association at 4031 Grand Avenue, Duluth, MN  55807.
