DAAR manages two MLS systems.

The Duluth Area MLS covers Pine, Carlton, St. Louis, Lake, Cook, Aitkin, Kanabec, Crow Wing, Cass and Itasca.

The Minnesota Arrowhead MLS covers Lake, Cook and Northern St. Louis County.

To join the MLS, you must be a licensed broker or real estate agent or a licensed appraiser. Simple complete the Application of MLS Participation and submit the initial participation fee. Drop by or mail your application with payment and we will process it right away.
